Quality Uitzendbureau is looking for a new Intercedent to join our growing team!

What you’ll be doing:
- Scheduling and planning employees
- Daily contact with planners at your assigned client
- Managing employee accounts and data in our systems
- Supporting the full employee cycle — from onboarding to offboarding
- Communicating with employees on a daily basis
- Planning hours and monitoring attendance
- Regularly visiting and working from the client location
What we’re looking for:
- MBO+ or HBO working and thinking level
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in a similar role (e.g., temp agency, recruitment, or sales)
- Good understanding of labor market trends, labor law, and collective labor agreements (CAOs)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with diverse audiences (candidates, clients, team members)
- Proficiency in Dutch and English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities
- Quick thinking and adaptability in unexpected staffing situations
